Just five days left for the release of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawaan. Directed by Atlee, the film also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in the lead roles. How enthusiastic the fans are about the film can only be seen from advance ticket bookings. The trailer release has increased the curiosity of fans even further. The pairing of Shah Rukh and Nayanthara is very prominent in the songs and trailers of the film. However, now there is big news regarding the casting of the leading actress. If reports are to be believed, Nayanthara was not the producers’ first choice for the film.

About the lead actress of Javaan, rumors are rife that the first choice for the role was Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who starred opposite Nayanthara in Kaathuvakula Rendu Kadhal. Samantha reportedly turned down the offer to star in Javaan as she wanted to start a family with her then ex-husband Naga Chaitanya. Rumor has it that Samantha was offered this Shah Rukh Khan starrer film in 2019.

Jawaan stars Shahrukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. Additionally, Deepika Padukone plays a special role in the film.
