Target is keeping an eye on the summer sales bullseye with its own seven-day shopping event that rivals Amazon Prime Big Deal Days. The Minneapolis-based mass retailer’s Circle Week runs from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, making it five days longer than Amazon’s 48-hour event.
The week-long savings event is available to members of Target’s free Circle loyalty program and promises up to 40 percent off storewide. It’s one of the Prime Day alternative sales designed to lure discount-seeking shoppers away from Amazon this fall. The fall sale includes 50 percent off Shipt memberships (Target’s on-demand delivery service) and kicks off Target’s Deal of the Day, which runs through December 24th.

When is Target Circle Week 2023?
Target Circle Week begins Sunday, October 1st and ends Saturday, October 7th. It takes place in stores, online at Target.com and on the retailer’s app.
How to shop Target Circle Week 2023
Unlike Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, you don’t need to purchase a membership to shop the Target Circle Week sale – joining the retailer’s Circle program is free and includes access to all deals. That means it’s also not necessary to have a Target RedCard debit or credit card to participate in the week-long event, although cardholders will receive the additional 5 percent discount.
The best deals to shop at Target Circle Week 2023
Ahead of the holiday shopping season, Circle members save $10 or $25 when they spend $50 or $100 on toys. Shoppers will also receive a $15 gift card for household essentials purchases of $50 or more and a $5 gift card for beauty and health care purchases of $25 or more Ulta Beauty purchases starting at $40.
Target Circle members also qualify for bonus earnings during the seven-day shopping event. Thanks to the retailer’s convenient same-day services, you can stock up on online deals at home to pick up in store or at Drive Up. This can save you time filling your IRL shopping cart with special offers only available in stores. Another option is to have your order delivered through a Shipt membership (reg. $99 per year), which offers half off discounts for new members during Target Circle Week.
