It’s official: After a lengthy casting process, David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan have finally been chosen to play the new Clark Kent/Superman and Lois Lane from the new DC Cinematic Universe we’ll see (and hopefully enjoy) in 2025.
For now, the two of these characters will be in “Superman: Legacy“, a film written and directed by James Gunn, which is slated to hit theaters in the United States and Spain on July 11, 2025.
This film will be the first part of what has been baptized ‘Gods and Monsters’the first chapter of the new DC Universe, developed from the ground up by James Gunn himself and Peter Safran for Warner Bros. and DC Studios.
A first chapter to remember will also be part of.The brave and the brave‘ And ‘swamp thing‘, films written and directed by Andy Muschietti and James Mangold, respectively.
We could Corenswet in “pearl‘, precursor of ‘X‘ was recently published on Movistar Plus+. For her part, Brosnahan is best known for playing the protagonist of “The Wonderful Mrs. Maisel”the amazing Prime Video series by Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino.
