The universe ‘Fast & Furious’ Continue to grow with various spin-offs. As Vin Diesel revealed to Variety, a derivative film is in the pipeline that will focus on the women of the franchise. Diesel further pointed out that all spin-offs will be released once the main films are finished:

“I started development on the female spinoff along with other spinoffs in 2017, and the sooner I deliver the finale, the sooner I can start all these spinoffs.”said the actor.

The truth is, this spin-off starring women has been in the works for years, particularly since it was first announced in 2017. In 2019, the star even posted a photo to Instagram that suggested the writers were Nicole Perlman, Lindsey Beer and Geneva Roberston-Dworet had joined the project after pitching her an idea for the film, although at this point it’s unclear if they will remain involved.

Finally, remember that the tenth part of the saga “Fast & Furious X‘, arrived last weekend and has already raised more than $318 million worldwide. Later, in 2025, the eleventh part will appear, to later conclude the saga with a twelfth film, the details of which are currently unknown.
