“Ana and the Apocalypse” announces its sequel

The director of ‘Ana and the Apocalypse“John Mcphail has revealed that he plans to develop a sequel to the fantasy and horror musical. During an interview with ComingSoon on the occasion of his latest project: “Dear David‘, the filmmaker seemed confident that it’s possible to make this sequel:

“100%. We talked about it. We are all still good friends. When we finished we said, ‘That’s it, there’s no sequel!’ Then we grew up and had families and grew up and felt like we had a say in this world.” “So yeah, there’s nothing concrete at the moment, but yeah.”.

The story takes place in the quiet town of Little Haven, which is invaded by a horde of undead that threatens to ruin the Christmas holidays. Anna and her friends face the threat with all their might and survive zombied snowmen, wild bachelor parties and rampaging teenagers. And they will still have enough strength to compose some musical numbers!

The 2017 film stars Ella Hunt, Malcolm Cumming, Sarah Swire, Christopher Leveaux, Ben Wiggins, Marli Siu and Mark Benton, among others.
