“Bad Moms” and “Wall Street Fraudsters” will make it to the big screen

STXfilms will bring some of their most successful feature films to the small screen. As part of the distribution agreement between STX and Lionsgate, both companies have agreed to develop two television series based on “bad mothers‘, 2016 comedy movie starring Mila Kunisy ‘Wall Street scammers“, 2019 crime drama movie starring Jennifer Lopez.

Both films enjoyed notable success during their theatrical releases, with the comedy grossing over US$180 million at the worldwide box office and the drama over US$157 million. As for the critics, “Bad Mothers” has 63% positive ratings on Rotten Tomatoes, compared to 65% on “Wall Street Scammers.”

To make the most of their newfound freedom, the three plan to crack down on the group of “perfect moms.” It stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Christina Applegate, Annie Mumoloy and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Around’Wall Street scammersThe film is directed by Lorene Scafaria and stars Jennifer Lopez, Julia Stiles, Lili Reinhart and Constance Wu. The story revolves around a group of strippers who join forces to scam their clients, wealthy Wall Street tycoons.
