Phillips is directing and writing the project alongside Scott Silver. The cast also includes Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, Zazie Beetz as Sophie, and franchise newcomers Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland and Harry Lawtey.
