According to initial estimates “Blue Beetle“might exceed”Barbie‘ after the latter topped the US box office for four weeks.

The DC film is estimated to gross between $25 and $32 million in its opening weekend, which would be more than the $17/20 million for Barbie. The famous Mattel doll has enjoyed tremendous success since its debut on July 21, and was the highest-grossing global launch in Warner Bros. history ‘The Dark Knight’.
